Daddy and Mommy love to take me to the Mystic Aquarium - I really enjoy looking at all the moving creatures - My favorite is to watch the Beluga whale in the big outdoor tank - He/She swims by me and I just follow it as it glides through the water -
Someday I'll go swimming, but not with the whales...

My Daddy bought me this outfit - He thinks I look real cute

When my Daddy plays with me he likes to help me learn. The other night he was showing me the rings and saying the differnt color as he put them on me - I laid real still as to not let the orange ring fall off

My Mommy is getting better about not

bundling me up now that summer has finally arrived

What a Wonderful Day...

Sunday at church my Daddy and Mommy dedicated me to God.
Mr. and Mrs. Coombs performed the

ceremony and boy did they make it special.
Mr. Coombs quoted a song to encourage my parents:

Just love her like Jesus, carry her to him
His yoke is easy, His burden is light
You don't need the answers to all of life's questions
Just know that He loves her and stay by her side
Love her like Jesus.

Besides all my friends at

church both sets of my grandpartents were there

along with my really good friends the Bezanson Family.
My dress was one that my Mommy wore when she was a baby.
It was silky which made me a bit "slippery" and by the time
I went to the front for the ceremony I had sucked on the
ribbon of my dress and made it real soggy.

But I sure did like pretty...

More "First"

I went to the doctors the other day and got a few shots, ouch !!! The nice doctor told Mommy to start to give me some rice cereal YUMMY !!!! I'm real good at opening up my mouth for the spoon and I suck on it to get all the cereal - My Mommy has a hard time keeping the cereal off my face. Its not bad though, because when she wipes my face I get to lick the face cloth :)

I really like sucking on my fingers and the other day at day care I scratched my nose pretty bad when I went to take my thumb out… When Mommy came to pick me up I thought she was going to be really, really upset, but she was just real upset. She first took me out into the lobby, calmed down and then went back to the room to speak with the staff… If mommy gets upset about a little scratch on my nose I pray I don't have too many bumps and bruises, Mommy will get all stressed out...
